Joel has 18 years’ experience in quantity surveying, construction and property depreciation. During his time at RPM, he has helped prepare tens of thousands of depreciation reports.
As Compliance Manager, Joel leads the Quantity Surveying team and helps ensure every report is accurate, compliant and focused on the deductions clients are eligible to claim. His qualifications in Construction Management and Economics (Quantity Surveying), together with his tax agent credentials, underpin the expertise he brings to the role.
Joel lives and breathes his craft and is deeply committed to RPM and its clients.

With a background in executive management, Claudia works closely with the Director to support RPM’s business partnerships and HR. She brings an organised, thoughtful approach to her work, helping build strong relationships and ensure RPM delivers a professional, personalised service.

Rebecca brings 20 years of experience in real estate and understands the property investment journey. She enjoys sharing her knowledge, helping clients understand the potential benefits of depreciation and make informed decisions.
Directional Strategy
With an engineering and project management background, Carolyn specialises in commercial, industrial and high-end residential properties. She brings thoughtful guidance to RPM’s direction and a calm, experienced perspective to our team and clients.
Technical Compliance
With a background in engineering and surveying, as well as experience in construction, Shai combines technical knowledge with a sharp eye for detail. She brings care and precision to her work while keeping clients’ needs in mind.
